A Sensual Woman

How would you describe a sensual woman, is it her looks or is it something not quite so tangible?

There are many beautiful women in this world but not many of them have true sensual qualities about.  A sensual woman is a woman who is ready to embrace everything about herself, she has learnt to love herself completely and she is not caught up in herself or her insecurities.  She knows that there are parts of her body that are wonderful and there are parts of her body that she is not so happy with but she plays up the wonderful parts and has fun doing so in the process.  

A sensual woman has learnt how to hold herself, she walks a certain way, she sits in a way that invites communication and she talks slowly and calmly.  She understands that flirting is just fun and playful and she enjoys flirting with everyone she comes into contact with men, women, babies and even pets!

A sensual woman understands that her body is her temple and she takes great care of herself every single day.  She is the most important person in her world as when she is happy then everyone around her is happy.  She is feminine creature through and through - she loves to connect with others, she smiles and she creates an environment of pleasure that surrounds her that entices people towards her.  

So today become aware of how you are holding yourself, how you are projecting yourself out into the world.  Have fun with this, just start with a smile, a cheeky wink and see what happens. Remember be who you want to attract!

Women need women.

We need our girlfriends, we need to bond, connect, share and express our truest, deepest feelings to the ones that we love and trust.  We need their support and their unconditional love.  We need to feel part of a womanly tribe, it helps us to grow, expand, it builds our self esteem, our confidence and ultimately our love and compassion.  Women are unique creatures, we are born nurtures and we are born listeners.  We love to help out and we love to be of service to the ones we truly love.

Beautiful creatures this is all so very wonderful but we need to start we ourselves, we need to connect deep within and start a beautiful love affair with ourselves, only once we start this experience we can open up to giving so more freely to other women and receiving from other women.

How many times do you see other women during your day and wish them well in your head, or even better give them a beautiful compliment.  Having worked with women for so many years I have seen my fair share of bitchiness and nastiness  and of course I have also experienced having these feelings myself on many occasions.

The more work I do on myself the more I am able to give to my beautiful sisters, there is nothing more than I enjoy to tell a woman that she looks adorable, sexy, gorgeous, it makes her day and it makes my day.  We need to come together beautiful creatures, we need to celebrate the female form in all its wondrous spectacular glory, we need to start to notice our feelings of jealousy and resentment against our beautiful sisters.  We need to big each other up, celebrate our differences and know that we are all in this together and when all our energies are going in the same direction- WOW- then something magical will happen.

So go on.... tell a woman today how absolutely gorgeous she is, look her deep into her eyes and let her know that you really mean it!

Hate is a pretty strong word....

I hate my thighs, they are so big, so chunky, look at them they don't look nice, they are horrible, they don't belong to me, they don't fit into anything in the shops, my thighs dont look like the models in magazines, there must be something wrong with me, I hate my thighs, I really do, I hate them, I hate them, I hate them, I wish I didn't have these thighs, I wish I had her thighs, her thighs are perfect, I want those thighs, oh why cant I have those thighs, what have I done to deserve these thighs, I hate my thighs

Wow, look at my thighs, I love that they are so strong, they are so wonderful, they carry me around,  they support me, I love the fact my thighs can take me for long walks outside, I love my thighs they have a delicious curve to them that makes them look so sensual, I love that my beautiful thighs can take me dancing, I can dance all night with my thighs if I wanted to, I love the uniqueness of my thighs, no one has thighs like mine, that makes me pretty special, I love the fact that my thighs are this shape, the shape of real woman's thighs, these are my thighs and I'm going to treat them with the respect they deserve, I love my thighs and I'm going to take great care of my thighs, I'm going to move them everyday and tell them how grateful I am of them, hey if I cant find anything to fit my beautiful shapely, curvy thighs I'm going to find a great dressmaker to make me some exquisite clothes that fit my thighs perfectly.  My thighs are just perfect, they are my thighs and I LOVE them.
